Privacy notice

This notice explains what we do with the personal information you send us through bugsvshumans.com, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address and the message you write. We collect nothing else through the form.

Why we collect it

We use it only to read your message, reply to you and discuss how we might help your business. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

Who can see it

Your message is delivered to us by the form service we use to process submissions. That service handles it on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your message only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or tracking scripts. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice first.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission. To make a request, use the contact page and mention "privacy request".

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page.
